Our Story

Commerce One Business Solution, Inc. was founded to support Exact and Orisoft customers in the Philippines affected by Exact's global changes. Over time, the company has evolved into a trusted partner for businesses across various industries, dedicated to quality and helping companies succeed in a dynamic digital environment.

Birth of Commerce OneStarted in a small office with just a few employees, primarily to continue supporting Exact ERP and e-business software as well as Orisoft Human Capital Management System, which Exact Philippines Inc. had started back in 1998.

As the first Exact reseller in Southeast Asia, Commerce One expanded from standard consultancy to offering a comprehensive range of ERP, Human Capital Management, and School Management solutions, including customizations.
