Software Consultant

Respond to client inquiries and issues related to the supported application software (ERP Financial/Procurement/Sales or HCMS/Payroll). Troubleshoot problems, analyze system logs, and diagnose technical issues to identify and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in handling ERP/HRIS system is a must
  • Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accountancy or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Accounting is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and 100% commitment
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines and an ability to perform under pressure.
  • Experience in providing first level support via phone, email and online is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning
  • Have fundamental knowledge in accounting

Support

Requirements

  • With 2-5 years’ experience in ERP/HRIS project training and implementation
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills

  • Preferably Knowledge in Crystal Report Writing Tools
Sales

Responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about the company, products and services. Their duties include meeting with clients, explaining how the company’s products or services function and providing training for the product or service.

  • Efficient skills in handling negotiations and closing deals

Marketing Consultants produce necessary marketing materials to assist in ongoing marketing campaigns while developing and implementing brand management strategies internally.

Developer

The Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying software solutions. This includes collaborating with teams to define project requirements, writing clean and scalable code, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth program deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer
  • Proficiency in at least one .NET programming language (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET)
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
